All-levels movement that meets the room where it is. From a Powerful Vinyasa class to a Restorative Yin class, there’s something for everyone. No experience or flexibility required. Mat-based flows when there's floor space; chair- and desk-friendly sequences when there isn't. Breathwork and meditation will be included and can be booked as a service on their own.

Also called a sound bath. This is an immersive, meditative experience where you simply sit or lie down and let waves of soothing sound wash over you. Using live instruments like quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes, this practice creates therapeutic vibrations that quiet the mind and ease physical tension. The ultimate nervous system reset.
-
High-stakes work environments keep the nervous system in chronic overdrive, leading to cognitive fatigue, communication friction, and burnout. True recovery requires more than fitness perks—it requires physiological reset. Integrating yoga, sound healing, and meditation directly restores the mind and body, shifting teams from survival mode into sustainable clarity.
Reverses Chronic Stress: Downregulates the nervous system from fight-or-flight into restorative parasympathetic rest, lowering cortisol and preventing burnout.
Sharpened Focus & Innovation: Clears mental clutter to recharge executive function, sparking sharper problem-solving and creative flow.
Authentic Team Cohesion: Shared somatic experiences release collective tension, cultivating empathy, trust, and psychological safety without forced team-building.
How It Works
Yoga & Breathwork: Releases desk-bound physical tension in the spine, hips, and shoulders while restoring steady circulation and physical energy.
Sound Healing: Resonant overtone frequencies (crystal bowls and chimes) guide racing brainwaves into alpha and theta states, creating deep restorative rest effortlessly.
Meditation: Grounds attention in the present, training the mind to respond with emotional agility rather than reactive stress under pressure.

Does anyone need experience? No. Most people in the room have never done either, and both offerings are built for that.
Do you travel? Yes. Austin is home base, and I travel across Texas, nationally, and internationally for retreats and multi-day work.
Can you do this virtually? Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellness consulting can be done over zoom. I recommend sound healing in person.
What does it cost? It depends on format, headcount, and travel. Share your budget range in the form, and we will get on a short call to find out if we’re a good fit.
“We want to extend a massive thank you to Lenee for sharing her incredible talents with our school community! Her journey with us began during our teacher development day, where she led staff in a deeply impactful sound bath and meditation session. Recognizing the profound value of her work, we invited her back to participate in our student wellness and mindfulness unit. Lenee hosted an interactive station and guided our students through targeted meditation practices. The feedback has been wonderful, with several parents sharing that students are successfully using these breathing techniques at home to self-regulate and calm their bodies. Thank you, Lenee, for your time, expertise, and lasting impact on our community year after year.”

“Our school has a high-achieving culture, so sometimes the most profound leadership act is to create a space where individuals can slow down and simply be. Lenee understands that process and invariably creates a container that holds us all. She has been a consistent and powerful part of our wellness culture, from crafting sound baths to teaching our immersive Community Yoga classes, to meeting with students and staff members for simple conversations. She has a beautiful energy about her and radiates a sense of calm. I think she would be a gift to any school or organization fortunate enough to partner with her.”

“It was such a joy and privilege to work with Lenee Love at Texas Children’s Hospital. Lenee partnered with our Music Therapy and Media Production teams to create meaningful new content for Elise’s Legacy Library, and provide live mindfulness at our Wellness Day program for our patients and their caregivers.
What made Lenee so special to work with was the beautiful combination of professionalism and genuine peace she brought into every interaction. She understood that a pediatric hospital is a uniquely complex environment, where patients and families may be navigating incredibly difficult circumstances, and approached that with remarkable sensitivity and care. A strong example of this was when she asked clarifying questions and worked to create scripts that met the developmental needs of our patients. She thoughtfully tailored her content to ensure that each experience felt accessible and engaging.
We feel incredibly fortunate that she shared her talents with Texas Children’s Hospital and became a part of our team, even for a short time. We are deeply grateful for the creativity and compassion she brought to our hospital community.”
