Hosted by Lenee Love, a guide devoted to women’s wellness, embodiment, and empowerment, these in-person gatherings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are.

Each gathering is curated to be a safe, nurturing space where you have a voice, a presence, and a place to belong. Together, we create a container of authentic connection where you can be seen, heard, felt, held, and celebrated exactly as you are.

What you can expect:

Arrive early to sip tea and meet new friends.

We begin seated in a circle, grounding through breathwork and a guided meditation before setting our intentions for the evening through a reflective journaling prompt or inquiry.

You will be invited (not obligated) to share from your heart, honoring the wisdom that rises when you speak and listen with presence.

Following the circle, we sometimes move into a workshop-style experience or practice designed to integrate the evening’s theme.

No two circles are ever the same, yet you’ll always leave feeling supported, empowered, and full of love.
