Lenee Love and Roots in Harmony are teaming up to bring you an Ayurvedic Tea Blending experience to help establish 2023 as your year of health, balance, and peace.
This workshop is part of Lenee Love’s monthly Women’s Circles, all about celebrating our unique feminine energies. This session will give you an opportunity to connect with nature, slow down, drink tea and even make your own custom tea blends!
Following an intention setting meditation, we will give an intro to Ayurveda, explore ancient herbs, and lead you step-by-step to mix, brew and create your personalized tea blends. You’ll also get to try various Roots in Harmony teas, enjoy tasty Indian snacks, but most of all, set the foundation for a new wellness routine in 2023.
All ages are welcome, and no experience necessary.
Each participant will receive a BONUS bag of goodies including individually bagged herbs, single-use teabags, Roots in Harmony trial size tea, a cute tote, and much more!
