This workshop is dedicated to awakening a feeling of love and appreciation for yourself, your body, and your life by choosing to view your world through the lens of love.
We begin our workshop with the healing guidance of cacao.
Through this sacred earth medicine, we will open our hearts to the realization and TRUTH that we are already whole, perfect, and beautiful just as we are.
In this sacred circle, you can express whatever is on your heart free from judgment. And, in its place, be flooded with support and understanding.
If time allows, we will close our circle with a mirror-work meditation practice that will further integrate the self-love principles shared in the cacao ceremony.
The second half of our workshop will incorporate play and creativity in order to bring a fuller expression of JOY into our practice.
Each guest will craft a frame with elements that represent their unique essence. You may place a photo or a quote in the frame to remind yourself of the beautiful being that you are and the infinite love that Source Creator has for you.
During our project time, you will be pulled aside momentarily to receive a one-on-one mini photo shoot by the talented Lenee Love. You can choose your favorite photo to have professionally edited and sent to you.
With this, we complete our workshop and depart with a renewed sense of self and an abundance of love to pour out into the world.
